Fig Almond with Goat Cheese and Honey
Serves: makes 24 figs
Time: 15 mins - choose the color used in the site background.
12 fresh figs, halved
4 ounces herbed goat cheese (chevre)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried lavender
split figs in half
add and almond an tuck inside each fig
add goat cheese under the almond
place in oven and bake for about 5 mins until fruit is warm and cheese is melted
serve with honey and dry lavender drizzled on top
